En cas de doute, il vaut mieux confier le remplacement des pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 un professionnel. Les manipulations pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ici sont simples ; m\u00eame sans le tuyau, le v\u00e9hicule ne subirait pas de dommages imm\u00e9diats. Dans notre classique 2.0 TDI \u00e0 injecteurs-pompe, le diesel est inject\u00e9 directement dans la chambre de combustion et aliment\u00e9 en air par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moto-integrator.be\/produits\/turbocompresseur-124\/\">turbocompresseur<\/a> avant l&rsquo;allumage sous haute pression. Si ce m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9cis est perturb\u00e9, cela peut entra\u00eener des \u00e0-coups, une surconsommation de carburant ou une perte de puissance. Ce composant en plastique renforc\u00e9 de fibres de verre est devenu poreux apr\u00e8s 20 ans, pr\u00e9sentant des trous et des fissures. Le turbo re\u00e7oit encore de l&rsquo;air frais, mais celui-ci passe par les zones endommag\u00e9es du tuyau, contournant le filtre \u00e0 air. Des particules \u00e9trang\u00e8res peuvent ainsi p\u00e9n\u00e9trer et causer des dommages \u00e0 moyen terme. Mais surtout, ce tuyau d\u00e9fectueux est bruyant ! Il siffle, chuinte et fait autant de bruit qu&rsquo;une fl\u00fbte \u00e0 bec mal jou\u00e9e. Sur les moteurs TDI quatre cylindres classiques d&rsquo;Audi\/VW, il est facilement accessible sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur du moteur. Si tout se passe bien, un simple tournevis ou un petit coffret d&#8217;embouts et une pince multiprise suffisent. En cas de difficult\u00e9, un d\u00e9capeur thermique et un peu de graisse adh\u00e9sive peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires. Ces colliers se desserrent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement facilement avec un tournevis ou un petit embout, souvent de taille 10 ou 11. Si l&rsquo;ancien tuyau ne se d\u00e9tache pas ais\u00e9ment, un peu de lubrifiant p\u00e9n\u00e9trant ou, pour aller plus vite, un cutter ou un couteau peuvent aider. En dix minutes, l&rsquo;affaire serait r\u00e9gl\u00e9e. Mais ceux qui bricolent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement savent que les \u00ab\u00a0petites interventions rapides\u00a0\u00bb peuvent s&rsquo;\u00e9terniser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 tard dans la nuit, avec des excuses peu convaincantes \u00e0 la maison. C&rsquo;est malheureusement le cas ici. La pr\u00e9cision des pi\u00e8ces de rechange varie selon les fabricants. De plus, le stockage peut d\u00e9former les plastiques, et les supports dans le compartiment moteur peuvent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement changer de position avec le temps. Johanna applique de la graisse sur les embouts pour faciliter le glissement du plastique sur le m\u00e9tal, mais cela ne suffit pas. Un d\u00e9capeur thermique utilis\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9caution peut aider. Contrairement \u00e0 un s\u00e8che-cheveux ordinaire, ce type d&rsquo;outil peut produire de l&rsquo;air chaud jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 600 degr\u00e9s. Johanna se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre la plus habile avec le d\u00e9capeur, et avec une pose digne d&rsquo;un film d&rsquo;espionnage, elle c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le bon ajustement final. Une alternative aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 de renvoyer la pi\u00e8ce et d&rsquo;en commander une autre. Mais rien ne garantit qu&rsquo;elle aurait mieux convenu. Le bruit de fl\u00fbte \u00e0 bec du d\u00e9butant a disparu, laissant place \u00e0 un moteur silencieux.
