Sa fonction est simple sur le papier : transporter la haute tension produite par la bobine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la bougie afin de d\u00e9clencher l\u2019\u00e9tincelle. En pratique, il doit le faire sans fuite de courant et sans perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Si la tension arrive correctement \u00e0 la bougie, le m\u00e9lange air-carburant s\u2019enflamme au bon moment. Si elle se disperse en chemin, le moteur tourne mal, voire pas du tout.<\/p>\n<h2>Structure et fonctionnement des c\u00e2bles d\u2019allumage<\/h2>\n<p>La bobine g\u00e9n\u00e8re une tension \u00e9lev\u00e9e, envoy\u00e9e vers la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moto-integrator.be\/produits\/bougies-dallumage-11005\/\">bougie d\u2019allumage<\/a> pour produire l\u2019\u00e9tincelle. La qualit\u00e9 de la connexion compte autant que le c\u00e2ble lui-m\u00eame : un contact instable suffit \u00e0 perturber la combustion.<\/p>\n<p>Selon la conception du v\u00e9hicule, la transmission peut passer par un distributeur m\u00e9canique avec t\u00eate d\u2019allumeur, un module enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectronique, un syst\u00e8me semi-direct ou encore des bobines doubles. Le principe reste identique : acheminer la haute tension de mani\u00e8re fiable.<\/p>\n<p>On parle ici de tensions pouvant d\u00e9passer <strong>30 000 volts<\/strong>. Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moto-integrator.be\/produits\/faisceaux-dallumage-11009\/\">c\u00e2bles d\u2019allumage<\/a> doivent donc disposer d\u2019une isolation capable de contenir cette \u00e9nergie. Si la tension perce la gaine, l\u2019\u00e9tincelle peut se produire ailleurs qu\u2019\u00e0 la bougie. Des r\u00e9sistances sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es volontairement. Leur r\u00f4le : limiter les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques qui pourraient perturber l\u2019autoradio ou les calculateurs moteur.<\/p>\n<p>Certains pensent qu\u2019elles affaiblissent l\u2019\u00e9tincelle. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elles sont calibr\u00e9es pour ne pas p\u00e9naliser la combustion. Le moteur conserve toute son efficacit\u00e9, tout en restant conforme aux exigences d\u2019antiparasitage.<\/p>\n<h2>Contraintes thermiques et \u00e9lectriques des c\u00e2bles d\u2019allumage<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le compartiment moteur, les c\u00e2bles travaillent dans des conditions exigeantes. Ils doivent supporter la haute tension, mais aussi la chaleur. Les temp\u00e9ratures peuvent grimper jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>200\u00a0\u00b0C<\/strong>, notamment \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moto-integrator.be\/produits\/catalyseurs-12113\/\">catalyseurs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9cents utilisent des c\u00e2bles en silicone haute performance, dits classe\u00a0F. Ils tol\u00e8rent des temp\u00e9ratures pouvant atteindre <strong>220\u00a0\u00b0C<\/strong> et r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 des tensions allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>40\u00a0000\u00a0volts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ils doivent \u00e9galement r\u00e9sister aux projections de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moto-integrator.be\/produits\/huiles-liquides-3\/\">liquides<\/a> comme l\u2019essence, l\u2019eau ou certains agents corrosifs, tout en respectant les normes de compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00e2bles d\u2019allumage d\u00e9fectueux : sympt\u00f4mes et causes<\/h2>\n<p>Avec le temps, les connecteurs en laiton ou en acier inoxydable peuvent s\u2019oxyder. Cette oxydation augmente la r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique du c\u00e2ble. La bobine doit alors fournir davantage d\u2019effort pour produire l\u2019\u00e9tincelle, ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re son usure.<\/p>\n<p>Un faisceau d\u00e9faillant peut se manifester de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rat\u00e9s d\u2019allumage,<\/li>\n<li>ralenti instable,<\/li>\n<li>perturbations radio,<\/li>\n<li>hausse de la consommation,<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9chec au contr\u00f4le des \u00e9missions avec des valeurs de CO\u2082 \u00e9lev\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li>codes d\u00e9faut signalant des rat\u00e9s d\u2019allumage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Diagnostic des faisceaux d\u2019allumage<\/h3>\n<p>On commence toujours par un examen visuel. Une gaine ab\u00eem\u00e9e ou d\u00e9form\u00e9e peut indiquer un mauvais positionnement ou un contact prolong\u00e9 avec une pi\u00e8ce chaude.<\/p>\n<p>Si rien n\u2019appara\u00eet \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu, un multim\u00e8tre permet de mesurer la r\u00e9sistance du c\u00e2ble. Il suffit ensuite de comparer la valeur obtenue aux donn\u00e9es du constructeur pour savoir si le c\u00e2ble reste dans les tol\u00e9rances.<\/p>\n<h2>Remplacement des faisceaux d\u2019allumage<\/h2>\n<p>Les faisceaux d\u2019allumage font partie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments soumis \u00e0 l\u2019usure. Avec l\u2019\u00e2ge ou le kilom\u00e9trage, leur remplacement devient pertinent, m\u00eame en l\u2019absence de panne franche.<\/p>\n<p>Ces composants doivent fonctionner ensemble. Monter des pi\u00e8ces non adapt\u00e9es peut entra\u00eener des dysfonctionnements, voire des dommages sur la bobine ou les bougies.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l\u2019installation, il faut \u00e9viter les torsions inutiles et maintenir les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 distance des sources de chaleur.
